Russian Tea Cookies
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Stir flour and salt together; blend in. Mix in nuts and chill dough
Heat oven to 400°. Roll dough in 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. (These cookies don’t spread, so no need to space apart.) Bake 10–12 minutes until set but not brown. While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool, then roll in confectioners’ sugar again.
