Lavash Crackers

6-inch rosemary sprig
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs roasted garlic purée (optional)
3 tbs olive oil
16 oz lavash bread

Lavash Crackers

Strip the needles from the rosemary and coarsely chop them. Transfer the rosemary to a spice grinder along with salt, peppercorns, and peeled fresh garlic cloves. Grind until all is pulverized. Add roasted garlic and olive oil and pulse until well blended.

Brush mixture onto lavash pieces, and cut each into 16 rectangles. Place pieces on baking sheet and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or until just starting to crisp.
