Wednesday: Pre-make mashed potatoes | Help Devon make cheesecake | Help Devon make olivada | Prep squash | Take soup and sausage out of freezer | Make stock and gravy | Prep shallots + steep cream, cheese, herbs | Make crescent roll dough
Wednesday night: Remove turkey from brine, rinse and dry it, and set in refrigerator, uncovered
Thursday morning: Make pie | Form rolls, set out to rise | Assemble shallots | Make stuffing
Thursday noon: Remove turkey from fridge, let it come up to room temp | Put on soup to simmer
Thursday 1:15 pm: Put in turkey and stuffing | Set up mashed potatoes to steam | Set table | Set up fruit plate (Devon)
Thursday 2 pm: Put shallots in oven | Make squash | Finish potatoes
Thursday 2:30 pm: Finish soup | Bake rolls (may do earlier, depending on rise)
