Planning two small dinners for two, and we'll deliver one of them to Devon in Bellingham. On the way, we’ll stop by Cathy and Lamar’s to have an early appetizer and do a little trading—delivering pies and rolls and picking up dressing.
We'll be giving thanks that we've made it this far safely, for health care workers and others who've been working so far to keep people safe, for the bountiful harvest and the farmers and essential workers who’ve helped it arrive at our tables, and that we still have each other and love in our lives.
